The terms and conditions below govern the sales of Corné Port-Royal, Dandoy, The Masters and Confectioners Hill House products between the store LA BONBONNIERE, registered in Belgium and whose stewardship is maintained by Mrs. Claudia Falzone and its customers.
These general conditions of sale are applicable at the time of order.

Validation of the offer :


The validation of the offer implies that the client accepts all General Conditions. The data recorded on the site www-bonbonnière.be serve as evidence for all transactions between LA BONBONNIERE and its customers.

The offer is validated upon receipt of the bank transfer, if it is a "sending" or withdrawal from the store, if it is a "withdrawal shop."

If the sales takes place on another territory than Belgium, France, Germany, the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, Great Britain and the Netherlands, LA BONBONNIERE reserves the right to adjust costs of transport rates between areas for shipments via BPost and warned the customer, the customer has the right to canal if the tariff does not suit him anymore.

Validity of the offer :


Offers valid while stocks last.

The price of each product are net, in Euro, including VAT, excluding shipping. They are subject to change at any time without notice.

Items are invoiced in euros on the basis of prices quoted on the website at the time of order.

Shipping:


The shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer and are based on the total weight of your parcel and destination country.

Delivery time:


Preparation of your order:
We process your order as soon as possible to know the day or the next day (depending on stock availability) if the order is received from Tuesday to Saturday (store opening). If the order is received on a Sunday, Monday, a holiday calendar Belgium, during the store closing (for any reason whatsoever sickness, vacation, ...), your order will be handled on the first day of store opening.
If a product is missing, the customer will be notified by email and will have the possibility to choose between sending the rest of the command without the missing item, wait for the replenishment of the product or cancel the order.
Given the sensitive nature of the conservation of chocolate, shipments are made Monday to Thursday, excluding holidays set so that the parcel does not remains at the post office during the weekend and holiday. It is recommended not to send a parcel to a post office or to a PO Box.

Delivery time :

An email will notify the customer of the date of dispatch.
Delivery is made by Bpost their delivery time is 1 to 3 days.
In case of absence when delivery by the postman, the client will receive a notice stating that the passage coli will be available the next day at the nearest post office.
As soon as the order is delivered to the post office, LA BONBONNIERE can not be held liable for delays too long or irregular shipping. It can not be held responsible for any damage to the product due to poor transportation or late withdrawal or non-withdrawal of the order from the buyer. Overruns delivery times can lead or deductions, or for damages or to cancel a pending order.
However, if your order has not been delivered within 30 days after shipment (60 days for shipments outside the European Union), and determines that the loss of the parcel, we offer either resend the package or reimburse you.

Obligations of the parties :


LA BONBONNIERE undertakes to deliver the goods to the customer on time listed above instructions upon receipt of the bank transfer to the account. The customer will be notify as soon as the goods are sent.
The client undertakes to provide all the necessary information for the correct and proper conduct of the shipment.

Money Back Guarantee :


The customer has a period of seven days from the date of receipt of the order to return to LA BONBONNIERE products for exchange or refund, without penalty, except the cost of return.
We can not accept a return of goods whose consumption deadline would have expired.
If the parcel is lost, we will send you in a new, promptly and without charge.
If the customer is not satisfied and the goods have been returned but was not consumed, we will refund the product and return costs are lies with the customer.
Refunds are made within fifteen days of receipt of returned goods.
Let all your contact information (name, address, date and number of the order, no bank account and phone or e-mail) when returning the goods.

Limitation of Liability:


LA BONBONNIERE conditions merchandise depending on weather conditions during shipment. If necessary the shipment will be delayed a few days to ensure the right conditions.
After shipping, any product exposed to heat or damaged for any reason can not be guaranteed by LA BONBONNIERE. It is recommended to keep these products in a dry, cool (18 ° C) and protected from light. Risk transfer products takes place upon delivery of the products by the LA PONBONNIERE at BPoste agent.
It is the client to check beforehand and under its sole responsibility that the importation, consumption of these products is in accordance with the laws of the country of delivery.
